Nursery Manager – up to £38,000

We are recruiting for a Nursery Manager to lead a 40 place Nursery close to Chippenham. The role is working full time Monday to Friday, and there is onsite parking along with good bus links. You can be either an existing Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager.

You will be someone who is good at leading a team, still enjoys being present in the rooms as this is the best way to drive quality and good team working. A real feel good factor job!

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

• Managing the day to day of a 40+ place Nursery
• Leading on quality and compliance across the Nursery setting
• Responsible for parent show rounds and registrations
• Managing a team of 15 staff, leading, mentoring and inspiring them along the way
• Building excellent parent partnerships
• Embedding excellent Early Years practice

As the Nursery Manager you will have:

• Full and relevant childcare qualification, level 3 or above
• Previous experience managing or deputising a Nursery to a high standard
• Enjoy leading and motivating the team, role modelling best practice and mentoring
• Excellent parent partnerships
• Strong EYFS knowledge and embedding an engaging curriculum
• Strong organisation skills and able to keep calm during time of pressure
