Nursery Manager – up to £48,000

We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to work for a Nursery close to Kingston upon Thames The Nursery caters for up to 55 children daily, is part of a really lovely Nursery group with a supportive and inspiring senior leadership team. There is onsite parking for the manager, plus excellent public transport links and on street parking for the team.

The role of Nursery Manager will include:

• Overseeing the day to day management of the nursery
• Building strong relationships with parents
• Maintaining occupancy and getting new families enrolled
• Embedding high quality education and role modelling excellent practice within the new framework
• Inspiring leader to a team of practitioner and room leaders
• Being present across the nursery, building strong rapport and trust with the staff
• Efficiently running the office duties including admin and computer based work

As the Nursery Manager you will need to have:

• Full and relevant early years qualification
• Previous experience managing a Nursery
• Able to lead and motivate a team
• Proven success at managing a Nursery to a high quality
• Organised and efficient in the way they work
• Excellent parent partnerships
