Commercial Property 3-4PQE - London

An established and expanding central London law firm is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor (3-4 years PQE or equivalent) to join its dynamic and friendly team. This is a newly created position, reflecting growth in demand and client instructions. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services across a broad range of commercial property matters.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll take ownership of a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Handling landlord and tenant matters
• Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
• Managing site acquisitions, conditional sales, and development agreements
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial property documents, including:
• Options and overage agreements
• Wayleave and promotion agreements
• Section 106 agreements
• Airspace leases and infrastructure-related documents
• Supporting the team on complex transactions while developing client relationships
• Assisting in business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice

What We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-4 years' PQE (or equivalent)
• Recent and relevant experience in commercial property law
• Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• A proactive, commercially aware approach and a genuine interest in helping to build the practice
• An existing following or network is a plus but not essential
