Job Title: Fire Alarm Installation Engineer (x2)
Location: Snodland, Kent
Length: 7 weeks (starting 17th August)
Rate: £220 per day

Are you a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer based in Kent looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation of fire alarm systems across commercial and industrial sites, carrying out both 1st and 2nd fix works to a high standard. You will be joining an established company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fire and security solutions to its customers.

Responsibilities:

* Install fire alarm systems from 1st fix through to 2nd fix completion on a commercial site in Snodland, Kent.
* Work with Advanced fire alarm panels, ensuring correct configuration and installation in line with project specifications.
* Install Hochiki smoke detectors and associated devices throughout the site.
* Terminate and connect cabling to panels, detectors, and ancillary devices in accordance with wiring diagrams.
* Work closely with the site team to ensure installations are completed safely, on programme, and to the required standard.
* Carry out works in compliance with BS 5839 and relevant site health and safety requirements.

Experience and Certifications required:

* Proven experience as a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer, with hands-on knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix installations.
* Demonstrable experience working with Advanced fire alarm panels and Hochiki detection devices.
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings and wiring schematics.
* Experience working on commercial or industrial sites, adhering to site safety procedures.
* ECS Card (essential).
* IPAF (essential); FIA Level 3 qualification (desirable).
