Lettings Portfolio Manager- Central London – Mon- Fri- £50,000- £55,000

Job Title: Lettings Portfolio Manager
Salary: £50,000- £55,000 + Package
Working Hours: Monday -Friday 9:30am- 17:30pm.

My client, a prestigious property manager, investor and developer are looking for a Lettings Portfolio Manager to join the close-knit team in Central London, looking after a portfolio of properties in prime Central London. Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Day to day tenancy management of ~300 residential leases within the portfolio
• Selecting and instructing agents for valuations on refreshed or refurbished properties
• Coordinating marketing, compliance documentation, and drafting tenancy agreements
• Management of annual rent reviews, in line with current legislation including Section 13 notices
• Overseeing the administration of tenant references, tenancy agreements, and financial transaction
• Ensuring letting activity data is 100% accurate for monthly reporting
• Maintaining positive relationships with agents, multiple stakeholders and tenants

Must have :

• ARLA Qualified
• Strong knowledge of the Renters Rights Bill Legislation
• Previous residential lettings experience
• Highly organised and punctual
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• A keen problem solver
• Client facing
• Strong administration and excellent IT skills

Good to have but not essential:

• Prime Central London experience
• Property Management software familiarity with Horizon, Qube or similar
