- Day Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Night Shift: 9:00pm – 5:00am
- Shifts available Monday to Sunday

Job Overview
We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced food production site based in Dartford, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking for flexible work in a supportive production environment.
Food Production Operative Key Responsibilities
- Working on a food production line in a clean, fast-paced environment
- Packing food products to a high standard
- Decorating and preparing food items (e.g. bakery or ready-meal products)
- Ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following health & safety and food hygiene procedures at all times
Food Production Operative Requirements
- Previous experience as a Production Operative, Food Production Operative, or in a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential as training will be given
- Good attention to detail and ability to work at pace
- Understanding of food hygiene standards (training provided)
- Must wear safety shoes, hi-vis and other PPE provided by the client
- Reliable and flexible with shifts (including weekends)
