• Managing a caseload within Adult Services, including complex cases.
• Conducting assessments, care planning, and risk management.
• Responding to urgent referrals and crisis situations.
• Working collaboratively with multi-agency teams to support vulnerable adults.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

• Degree in Social Work and SSSC registration.
• Previous experience in Adult Services.
• Strong assessment, safeguarding, and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
