IT Support Analyst

Our client, a global engineering consultancy, is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their global support team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide critical IT support to business users, ensuring smooth operational activities.
• Configure and upgrade desktop hardware and software installations.
• Monitor systems and manage PC deployments.
• Resolve ServiceDesk requests and incidents using the ServiceNow ticketing management system.
• Diagnose and fix hardware and software problems.
• Collaborate with third-party maintenance engineers when necessary.
• Potentially report for emergency duties outside of normal office hours.
• Support other offices through business trips when required.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in an IT support role involving extensive customer support, both remotely and in-person.
• Comprehensive understanding of Windows Environment and extensive experience with MS Office Suite.
• A+ Certification.
• Ability to travel and pass a driving record review.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong technical expertise, curiosity, creativity, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Experience with ServiceNow or related ticketing management systems.
