Apprentice People & Capability Support

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice People & Capability Support. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our HR functions and contributing to the overall employee experience. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing administrative support to the People & Capability team. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR activities, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail. You should be comfortable working with various HR systems and tools, along with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. As part of your apprenticeship, you will receive training and mentorship to develop your skills in HR practices, policies, and procedures.
