Registered Building Inspector - Class 3H

Our client, operating within the buildings sector, is currently seeking a Registered Building Inspector - Class 3H to join their team on a contract basis. This is a full-time position, covering BSR HRB work with a long-term contract on offer. This contract role is also Outside IR35

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough building inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
• Participating in BSR HRB work, providing expert insights and recommendations
• Preparing detailed inspection reports and documentation
• Identifying potential risks and advising on mitigation strategies
• Ensuring that all building control activities are completed competently and efficiently
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate smooth project completion
• Maintaining accurate records of inspections and findings
• Attending relevant meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of building control processes

Job Requirements:

• Experience in building control
• Registered Class 3H Building Inspector qualification
• In-depth knowledge of building regulations and standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and report-writing abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required
