Senior Manager – Oracle Technical Project Manager | AI-Enabled DeliveryLocation: London, Manchester, Bristol or BelfastWorking Pattern: HybridSalary: Up to £95,000 + bonusNo visa sponsorship availableAre you an experienced Oracle Technical Project Manager / Technical Programme Manager with a strong consulting background?We’re looking for a senior technology professional to join a leading Oracle Delivery Services practice, working with major private and public sector organisations on complex Oracle Cloud transformation programmes.This is a senior client-facing role combining Oracle technical delivery, programme management, enterprise transformation and AI-enabled delivery. You’ll lead technical workstreams across large-scale Oracle programmes while helping clients improve delivery efficiency through automation, Generative AI and modern technology practices.The RoleYou’ll take ownership of complex technical workstreams across Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, working closely with clients, Solution Architects, Technical Architects and delivery teams.You’ll be responsible for:Leading technical workstreams across Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud transformation programmesCoordinating integrations, reporting, data migration, testing, environments, security and deploymentManaging technical teams across integration, data, reporting and technical consultingTranslating business and technical requirements into clear delivery plansManaging scope, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones and technical governanceCoordinating technical activity across design, build, testing, cutover and deploymentWorking closely with Solution and Technical Architects to ensure effective implementation approachesProviding technical assurance and reporting to senior programme and client stakeholdersWorking with distributed, offshore and nearshore delivery teamsIdentifying opportunities to use AI, Generative AI and automation to improve delivery, testing, estimation, documentation and reportingSupporting bids, proposals, technical estimations and business development activitiesCoaching and mentoring junior consultants and technical delivery professionalsWhat We're Looking ForYou’ll need a strong track record delivering Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud transformation programmes within a consulting environment, alongside proven technical project or workstream leadership experience.We're particularly interested in candidates with:Strong experience delivering Oracle Cloud / Oracle ERP programmesProven experience managing complex technical workstreamsExperience across Oracle integrations, data migration, reporting, testing and deploymentStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and implementation methodologiesExperience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration technologiesUnderstanding of REST/SOAP APIs and wider systems integrationExperience working alongside Solution and Technical ArchitectsStrong programme governance, risk, issue and dependency management experienceExperience managing offshore/nearshore or distributed teamsUnderstanding of DevOps, automation and modern delivery methodologiesExperience working with senior technology and business stakeholdersExcellent communication, presentation and influencing skillsAI & InnovationA key part of the role will be helping evolve how large-scale technology programmes are delivered.You should therefore have an understanding of AI and Generative AI and ideally some practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve areas such as:Project deliveryTesting and quality assuranceTechnical documentationEstimationReportingRisk and dependency identificationDelivery automationOracle certifications, OCI experience and exposure to technologies such as OIC, OCI, BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP APIs or Visual Builder would be advantageous.Consulting Background EssentialThis is a consulting-led role, so applicants must have previous experience working within a technology consultancy / systems integrator / professional services environment, delivering complex Oracle transformation programmes for external clients.What's on Offer?Salary of up to £95,000 + bonusSenior Manager-level position within a market-leading Oracle practiceOpportunity to work on major enterprise-scale Oracle transformation programmesExposure to AI-enabled delivery and emerging technologyHybrid working from London, Manchester, Bristol or BelfastSignificant opportunities for progression, leadership and professional developmentWork alongside experienced Oracle, Cloud, Data, AI and Transformation specialistsEligibilityApplicants must be UK citizens.
