Principal Civil/Structural Engineers UK wide

We are seeking experienced Principal Civil/Structural Engineers to join our dynamic teams across the UK. In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee major infrastructure projects, ensuring that all designs meet industry standards and client specifications. You will be responsible for developing innovative engineering solutions, conducting feasibility studies, and preparing detailed technical reports. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential, as you will work closely with architects, project managers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include mentoring junior engineers, providing technical guidance, and reviewing project designs for compliance with regulations and best practices. You will also engage with clients to understand their needs, manage project risks, and present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively. To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and hold a chartered or incorporated status with a recognized professional institution. A minimum of 7 years of experience in civil/structural engineering is required, along with a strong background in project management.
