Lead Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. You will lead a talented group of engineers, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be critical in performing feasibility studies, creating detailed design specifications, and conducting risk assessments to identify potential issues early in the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices, with experience in power distribution, automation, and control systems. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and software engineers, to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
