- You will need to have very good knowledge of using these IT systems - NEC to create placement, set up rent account open and close booking, create properties, CRM and LOCATA
- Must have knowledge of Housing Laws and legal tenancy documents such as s188 and s193 licence agreements, Non-Secure Tenancy,
