Primary Duties

• Provide continuous 24/7 coverage, delivering nurturing and structured care.
• Manage complex emotional responses using therapeutic interventions and calm crisis management.
• Encourage community engagement, social outings, and academic development.
• Maintain rigorous standards of safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate closely with team members to build a safe, structured household environment.

What You Bring

• At least one year of hands-on experience in young person's residential care.
• Current PVG registration or clear eligibility to register.
• SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is strongly advantageous.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills and a constructive, empathetic approach.

Alternative Titles & Transferable Backgrounds Experienced Care Assistants, Youth Engagement Workers, Residential Support Staff, and Behavioural Support Officers are highly encouraged to apply.
