Role Overview

  • Deliver comprehensive care and emotional grounding to young residents across a shift pattern.

Essential Requirements

  • Prior professional experience in a residential facility supporting young people.
  • PVG membership for working with vulnerable groups.
  • SVQ Level 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People) preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential due to regional travel).
  • Warm, adaptable personality with robust boundary-setting capabilities.
