OVERVIEW:
• Excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a supportive team offering high quality work and genuine long term career development.
• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership matters, Right to Buy transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build purchases and Help to Buy shared equity matters.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice throughout the conveyancing process.
• Represent clients and maintain exceptional standards of client care from instruction to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, estate agents and other key stakeholders.
• Suitable for qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across a broad range of residential property transactions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organised, client-focused and able to manage a busy caseload independently.
