Full Remuneration Package: £65,000-£85,000 DOE
Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 days from home

A Legal 500-ranked regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive at Associate / Senior Associate level to join its highly regarded Private Client team in Winchester.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client lawyer with an established reputation in the market, professional network and/or client following to play a key role in the continued growth of the Winchester office.

The Role

You will manage a high-quality caseload covering a broad range of Private Client matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Probate and estate administration
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Inheritance Tax planning
• Complex and high-value estates
• Advising high-net-worth individuals, families and business owners

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ PQE
• Have strong technical expertise across a broad range of Private Client matters
• Have experience advising HNW individuals, families and/or business owners
• Be able to demonstrate a portable client following, or a strong ability to develop one
• Be commercially minded and proactive in business development
• Have excellent client care and relationship-building skills
• Be ambitious and motivated to grow their practice
