Private Client Solicitor

A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an ambitious Private Client Solicitor to join its established and growing team in Buckinghamshire.

The Private Client Solicitor’s Role

• Managing a varied private client caseload with a high level of autonomy
• Advising clients on Wills, trusts, estate planning and LPAs
• Handling probate and estate administration matters
• Advising on tax planning, Court of Protection and elder law matters
• Meeting clients and providing tailored, commercially focused advice
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
• Managing files in accordance with SRA and Lexcel requirements
• Developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
• Supporting business development through presentations, seminars and networking
• Keeping up to date with legal developments and contributing to the wider team

The Private Client Solicitor

• Strong experience in private client law
• Experience across Wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Strong client care and relationship-building abilities
• Able to manage a caseload independently
• Commercially aware with an interest in business development
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, ambitious and committed to career development
• Strong team player with a collaborative approach
