Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their inquiries, maintaining merchandise presentation, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and well-stocked. You will also process transactions accurately and efficiently, handle customer returns, and support promotional activities to drive sales. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment that encourages customer engagement. You will be expected to stay informed about product knowledge and company promotions, providing customers with informed recommendations. Flexibility in working hours is important as this role may require weekend shifts and holiday availability. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
