Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will be tasked with maintaining the store's visual appearance, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise to create an inviting atmosphere. Additionally, you will process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout, handle cash and card payments, and manage returns and exchanges according to company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory, as we are willing to provide training to the right individual.
