Part Time Retail Security Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Part Time Retail Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for both customers and staff. Your primary duties will include monitoring store premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring compliance with security protocols. You will be trained to identify suspicious behavior and intervene as necessary, while also maintaining a visible presence to deter theft and other criminal activities.

In addition to your surveillance responsibilities, you will assist in the investigation of incidents and prepare detailed reports on any security breaches or disturbances. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will work closely with store management and local law enforcement when required. A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure are crucial traits. Previous experience in retail security or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates must also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
