Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained across all facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, coordinating daily cleaning schedules, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will conduct regular inspections to assess the quality of work, provide training and support to team members, and implement best practices for efficient cleaning procedures.

Key responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, preparing reports on cleaning activities, and addressing any issues or complaints from clients or staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. A background in facilities management or a related field, along with previous supervisory experience in cleaning or janitorial services, is preferred. Flexibility to work various shifts and a commitment to delivering exceptional service will be essential in this role.
