Cleaning and Waste Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various facilities. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as ensuring that waste is collected and disposed of in accordance with environmental and health regulations. You will work closely with other team members to ensure all areas are kept clean and organized, contributing to a safe and welcoming environment for all users.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services. You should be physically fit to perform manual tasks and capable of handling cleaning equipment and materials safely. Previous experience in a cleaning or waste management role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team are key to success in this position. Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet operational needs.
