A.M Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated A.M Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across all facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, scheduling shifts, and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are carried out efficiently and effectively. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with cleaning standards, providing training and guidance to cleaning staff, and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise. You will also be responsible for inventory management, ensuring that cleaning supplies are stocked and properly maintained. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential as you liaise with management and other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific needs.
