Cleaning and Waste Operative

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaning and Waste Operative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all. Your primary duties will include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, as well as handling and disposing of waste materials in accordance with health and safety regulations. You will also be required to report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel to ensure swift resolution.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail, with the ability to manage time effectively. Previous experience in cleaning or waste management is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility in working hours is also required, as shifts may vary depending on operational needs.
