We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Retention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and optimizing promotional campaigns aimed at retaining our customer base. This position involves supporting the overall retention strategy, ensuring campaign success through precise execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of the online sports betting and/or casino industry is essential to drive effective engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

– Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of customer retention campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.).

– Campaign Monitoring and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of retention campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize future efforts. Prepare post-campaign reports and assess return on investment (ROI).

– Retention Strategy Support: Work closely with the retention team to develop strategies that increase customer lifetime value (CLV) and reduce churn rates.

– Customer Segmentation: Utilize customer data to create targeted segments, ensuring personalized and relevant messaging in all retention initiatives.

– Promotional Calendar Management: Assist in maintaining the promotional calendar, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and according to plan.

Qualifications and Skills

– Experience: 2+ years of experience in a customer retention or marketing role, preferably within the online gambling or sports betting industry.

– Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of online sports betting and/or casino products.

– Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms and campaign management tools (such as Optimove,
Salesforce, etc.).

– Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights to enhance campaign performance.
– Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling, customer focused messaging.

– Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fast paced environment.

– Attention to Detail: Meticulous in campaign execution and reporting.

Education – Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
