About the role
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work with our highly successful client based in Liverpool. Woking alongside the director of construction, you will assist with the development of our clients’ key sites across Liverpool and the north of England.
You will be working primarily to deliver the build of all residential schemes, currently with approx. 500 units, ranging from £1 to £20 million per scheme build cost. Duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
Drawing up and evaluating tender packages
Updating CSA and adjust budget projections
Valuations
Payments and associated documents
Initially, until the team develops there may well be an element of procurement of materials on smaller projects.
As in all small teams the ideal candidate will have to adopt a flexible approach, be hands-on and adaptable
The role is offering career development and advancement for the right person. Our client is offering a lucrative package of approx. £55,000k - £60,000k.
