Are you an empathetic, patient, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a deeply rewarding 1:1 support role? The core focus of this position is to support one pupil across all areas of the primary curriculum. Working closely alongside the class teacher and the school's SENCO, you will track progress, foster independence, and ensure the child feels fully included and valued in school life.

• Experience: Proven track record supporting primary-aged children with SEN (e.g., Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, communication difficulties, or global delay).

• Skills: Excellent communication, emotional resilience, and a creative, adaptable supporting style.

• Behaviour Management: Comfortable and confident using positive reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.

• Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent SEN training).
