Retail Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring they have a pleasant shopping experience. Your primary duties will include assisting customers on the sales floor, answering queries about products and services, and helping to maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store. You will also be responsible for processing transactions at the cash register, handling returns and exchanges, and managing inventory through restocking shelves and organizing displays. A keen eye for detail and a passion for retail will be essential as you contribute to our store’s success.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, allowing them to engage effectively with customers and create a welcoming environment. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we value positive attitudes and a willingness to learn. Additional responsibilities include participating in store promotions, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Flexibility in working hours is essential, as shifts may include evenings and weekends.
