Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our dynamic team on a Fixed-Term Contract. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their shopping experience is enjoyable and efficient. Your duties will include greeting customers, assisting them with inquiries, and providing information about our products and promotions. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, and managing inventory levels to meet customer demand.

Additionally, you will handle transactions at the cash register, process payments, and manage returns and exchanges in a professional manner. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential, as you will be collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but we welcome enthusiastic candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the retail industry.
