Retail Assistant - FTC

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Assistant on a fixed-term contract to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment. Your primary duties will include assisting customers with their queries, maintaining product displays, and processing transactions accurately. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will need to demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks and a commitment to maintaining high standards of store presentation. Additionally, you may be required to assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and conducting inventory checks. Flexibility in working hours is important, as this role may include weekends and holiday periods.
