A leading national new homes developer is looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join their successful sales team in the West Midlands.

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an established housebuilder with an excellent reputation for quality, customer service, and career development. You’ll be responsible for guiding customers through the entire home-buying journey, delivering exceptional service, and consistently achieving sales targets.

The Role

• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to legal completion.
• Delivering outstanding customer service at every stage of the buying journey.
• Conducting professional show home and development tours.
• Building strong relationships with purchasers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams.
• Maintaining accurate records using the company’s CRM system.
• Achieving sales targets while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a New Homes Sales Advisor is essential.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, motivated, and customer-focused.
• Flexible to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
