As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning by supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set work, creating a positive and productive classroom environment, and ensuring high standards of behaviour are maintained throughout the lesson.

Established in 2005, PK Education works closely with a wide network of secondary schools across Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity to work with students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, providing valuable experience in a range of school settings while offering the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

What we’re looking for:

– Strong and confident behaviour management skills
– Adaptable, reliable, and professional individuals
– Educated to a minimum of degree level (or equivalent)
– At least 6 months’ experience working within a UK classroom environment
– A genuine passion for supporting young people and education
