Contract Integration Engineer (TotalMobile Connect / Open Housing)
This is an opportunity to join a specialist consultancy on a focused integration project within the Social Housing sector. You’ll play a key role in designing, building and delivering critical integrations between TotalMobile Connect and contractor management platforms, helping streamline operational processes and support service delivery.
The Company
They are a specialist consultancy delivering technology and integration projects for organisations within regulated and operationally complex environments. Working closely with end clients and technology partners, they provide expertise across system integration, implementation and digital transformation initiatives. This engagement forms part of a targeted project designed to improve connectivity between housing and contractor systems.
The Role and Deliverables
- Design end-to-end integrations between TotalMobile Connect and third-party contractor platforms, including interface specifications, field mappings and authentication approaches.
- Configure and develop inbound and outbound integrations using TotalMobile Connect and TotalMobile Integrator.
- Build workflows supporting job creation, updates, cancellations, appointments, completion tracking, invoicing and related contractor processes.
- Support integration testing, coordinate UAT activities and manage deployment and go-live readiness.
- Provide post-deployment hypercare support, issue resolution and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical partners and third-party suppliers, while managing integration risks, actions and dependencies.
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience delivering integrations using TotalMobile Connect.
- Strong experience configuring and working with TotalMobile Integrator.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, web services and integration architecture.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions.
- Experience working within Azure-hosted environments.
- Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience supporting projects through testing, cutover and hypercare phases.
- Experience with Open Housing is highly desirable.
- Previous experience within Housing Associations, Social Housing organisations, repairs and maintenance environments, or field service management platforms would be advantageous.
- Understanding of contractor management workflows and operational integration requirements.
