Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an engineering manager to join the team at their state of the art facility near Workington. The successful applicant will be a key difference maker within the site and business and will oversee all maintenance, production and continuous improvement across the facility. You will manage factory layouts, new machinery installation and production lines, you will be responsible for multiple teams and will have several direct reports under you including; maintenance and production managers. If you are looking for a role that you can make your own, implement changes and see the rewards of your work this is an excellent position for you.
