About the Role
Sugarman Health and Wellbeing seeks a Care Assistant to support a male Service User with C2 Spinal Injury, tracheotomy, and ventilator dependency in his home. Full clinical training provided.
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting


Assisting with mobility and manual handling


Supporting with meal preparation and feeding, where necessary


Monitoring and recording vital signs (after training)


Offering companionship and emotional support


Prompting or assisting with medication (where required and trained)


Helping with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry


Following care plans and reporting changes or concerns to the care team


Maintaining dignity, respect, and confidentiality at all times

Who We're Looking for
We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care. Ideally, you will have:

Essential: 6 Months of care experience


Able to go on holidays abroad


Driving License required, Ability to drive a mobility van


Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, resilience, flexibility, and Computer literate.


able to work with dogs present
