Job Description
We are on the lookout for a skilled and experienced Qualified Butcher to join our client working in a modern, clean room production environment on a temp to perm basis with flexible hours.
\nIf you have a passion for butchery, a great eye for detail and take pride in producing quality products, we want to hear from you!
\nTHE ROLE
\n- \n
- Skilled butchery, including cutting, trimming and deboning. \n
- Preparing high-quality meat products to specification. \n
- Working within a chilled, clean room production environment. \n
- Maintaining excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards. \n
- Working as part of a fast-paced production team. \n
WORKING HOURS

- Flexible to suit, working a 10 hour day on a full time basis. \n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
\n- \n
- Previous experience as a qualified butcher. \n
- Excellent knife skills and knowledge of meat preparation. \n
- A good understanding of food hygiene and safety. \n
- A reliable, hardworking and positive attitude. \n
- Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a team. \n
