Lead Building Concierge

Ref: GWSP4851 Location: Bracknell (RG42) Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Pay: £16.85ph paid weekly PAYE Duration: Ongoing Contract Duties Manage the Concierge and Gatehouse Reception for a large site. (4 Direct Reports) Be a lead interface for improving processes associated with Customer Service and the customer journey in a premium front of house building, including handling client queries and escalations. Manage several premium meeting rooms, bookings, and set ups, ensuring meeting/function rooms are equipped to meet the needs of the meeting and its occupants. Serve as a primary point of contact for visitors entering the facility, always ensuring a friendly and professional demeanour. Support the implementation of new initiatives and activities including devising and implementing clear and robust procedures. Record, log, and track service requests, providing administrative support to management as needed. Arrange and confirm business catering on behalf of requestors. Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Resolve client inquiries and complaints professionally. Address moderately complex problems using creative solutions. Management of the Catering contract. Weekly Contract meetings with Cleaning and Catering teams. Meeting with Key Syngenta Stakeholders.
