Multi Skilled Operative Location: Ashington Salary: £29,948 per annum Hours: 37 per week, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent Full Time Closing Date: 5PM, Friday 20th November 2026. We are looking to appoint a Multi Skilled Operative, to join Bernicia’s Property Maintenance and Construction department. About the Multi Skilled Operative Role: This role will involve assisting trade staff in undertaking all types of work associated with this position, to both domestic and commercial properties to a high standard but also for the delivery of excellent customer service. Your Experience: Successful candidates will need: Good general trade skills CSCS card as appropriate to the role Experience of working within a commercial and domestic property environment Experience of working in a target driven environment Ability to adapt to change, positively contribute and communicate effectively To undertake multi-skilled trade competencies To understand risk assessments Ability to deliver work in line with construction drawings. A sound knowledge of building construction, components and building trades.
