We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant (Level 2) to join our Early Years team at Kingsway Primary Academy.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside an experienced team in a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child is encouraged to thrive, develop confidence and achieve their full potential.

About the Role- Support children's learning through engaging play-based activities.
- Help create a safe, stimulating and nurturing Early Years environment.
- Work with individuals and small groups to develop communication, literacy and numeracy skills.
- Promote children's social, emotional and physical development.
- Support children with SEND and additional needs.
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Holds a Level 2 or equivalent Teaching Assistant/Early Years qualification.
- Has experience working with young children in an EYFS or school setting.
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS Framework.
- Is passionate about supporting children's development and wellbeing.
- Is caring, patient, flexible and committed to inclusive education.
