Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am–3:30pm

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

The current working hours are 7am – 3:30pm, however as part of the company’s continued growth, they anticipate moving to an additional shift arrangement in early 2027. The proposed shift pattern is expected to be:

• 6am – 2pm
• 2pm – 10pm

• Precise hand-soldering of small electronic components
• Building sub-assemblies and supporting control panel builds
• Bench-testing systems and carrying out diagnostic checks
• Inspecting and quality-checking your own work
• Following detailed assembly instructions and maintaining accurate records
• Reporting faults and raising non-conformities
• Taking part in 5S initiatives and continuous improvement activities
• Operate loom machinery safely and efficiently
• Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed
• Carry out basic machine maintenance
• Work closely with production teams to meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Previous experience in wiring harness / cable assembly / looms production
• Ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Skilled in crimping, soldering, terminating, and cable preparation
• Strong understanding of EMI considerations, shielding, and grounding
• High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances
• Experience in electronics, aerospace, automotive, or similar precision industries is highly desirable

• NVQ in Electronics/Manufacturing
• CAN bus diagnostics or bench test experience
• Experience in bespoke, low-volume or high-mix assembly environments
