Site Services Manager
Two sites. Critical utilities. Real ownership.
Ready to get ahead of breakdowns, not just react to them? Take the lead on the systems that keep production running.
We are recruiting a Site Services Manager on behalf of our client to own critical utilities, infrastructure and statutory compliance across two sites. You will shape maintenance strategy, strengthen resilience and drive earlier detection of developing faults.
Your impactYour remit covers boilers, refrigeration, ammonia, HVAC, water, drainage, gas and compressed air. You will:
- Own maintenance plans, statutory inspections, servicing and emergency arrangements.
- Improve critical system availability, tackle single points of failure and support major breakdowns.
- Keep compliance records, risk registers and safe working procedures current.
- Develop automated monitoring, dashboards and alerts to identify issues before failure.
- Manage specialist contractors, service quality, defect resolution and utilities budgets.
- Build CAPEX and lifecycle plans, supporting reliable, maintainable new installations.
This is your opportunity to influence long-term infrastructure investment, not just day-to-day repairs. Working with engineering and operational teams, you will coordinate shutdowns, strengthen reliability and identify energy and efficiency improvements.
What you will bringWe would like to hear from you if you have experience in critical utilities, statutory compliance, maintenance planning and contractor management. You will combine technical oversight with clear communication and a proactive, data-led approach.
