Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning multidisciplined consultancy who provide architectural and planning services to large scale projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to join their Glasgow studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Manage and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary team
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit is essential
- Experience working on projects across multiple sectors
- Excellent working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong technical detailing and presentation skills
- Job running experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
