About the role
Cygnet Health Care is recruiting a Care and Support Worker (days) at Gotts Park, Yorkshire Supported Living in Leeds. The service has 18 tenancies for people with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge, many stepping down from hospital. The role is full time, 42 hours a week on 12-hour day shifts, with alternate weekends on a two-week rota.

- Give physical and emotional support, guidance and encouragement
- Learn each person's needs and help in the most suitable way
- Help with, and report on, medical and welfare needs
- Safeguard the people in your care and keep the environment safe and clean
