Customer Support Advisor (temp)

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Loyalty Support Advisor to join a busy support team, initially on a temporary basis, with an opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.

You’ll be responsible for handling enquiries from customers and trade partners, providing advice and support across a range of platforms. Using multiple internal systems, you’ll help resolve queries, build strong relationships and deliver a positive customer experience.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

• Strong telephone and written communication skills.
• Experience handling customer enquiries and building relationships.
• Confidence making outbound calls where required.
• Excellent IT skills and the ability to work across multiple systems.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Resilience, patience and the ability to manage challenging conversations.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• A proactive, accountable approach to your work.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Respond to customer and trade partner enquiries via telephone and email.
• Provide support and guidance on various schemes, programmes and promotions.
• Record customer interactions and relevant information accurately on internal systems.
• Monitor enquiries and feedback, identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers to support sales and customer retention.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support promotions and customer engagement.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Provide a professional, efficient and seamless customer journey.

Salary & Working Hours

• £13.28 per hour
• 8.30-5pm Mon-Thurs and 8.30-3.30pm on Fridays
• Long term temporary role potential to become permanent for the right candidate
• Opportunity to develop customer service and relationship management skills.
