Mapledurham Estateis seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker to join its growing in-house team. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and workingacross a diverseportfolio of properties, this role involves carrying out reactiverepairs and planned maintenance together with renovation projects, including kitchen and bathroom re?ts, redecoration and property refurbishments.
The Candidate- Strong experience in property maintenance and general building work
- Skilled in carpentry, decorating and general repairs
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Committed to high standards and meeting deadlines
- Good communicator with a professional, tenant-focused approach
- Competitive salary,depending on experience
- Estate vehicle for work travel, plus tools and PPE

- Monday to Friday,8.30am to 4.30pm
Own transport is required due to the rural location.
