Operational Trainer

We know that our people are our greatest asset, and we are delighted to be recruiting for an Operational Trainer, focused on partnering with our Manufacturing functions and their respective People Business Partners to develop colleague capability across our Manufacturing, Recycling and Supply Chain functions. This is a hands-on operational partnering role, focused on enabling managers to develop themselves and their teams by providing expertise, guidance and challenge, and enabling managers to retain ownership whilst embedding a culture of learning and continuous improvement through practical training, workplace coaching and skills assessments.
