Multi-Skilled Engineer London 40,000- 48,000 + profit share Permanent Company Van We're recruiting for an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to cover commercial properties across London. The role will involve a mixture of plumbing, electrical and general building/fabric maintenance, so we're looking for someone with solid experience in at least two of these areas. What you'll be doing Attending commercial maintenance and reactive call-outs across LondonDiagnosing and repairing plumbing faultsCompleting electrical maintenance within your qualificationsCarrying out general fabric works, including minor carpentry and building repairsServicing HIUs and associated controls, with training availableCompleting job reports and keeping the office updated on worksWorking directly with customers and site teamsEscalating specialist or out-of-scope works where required What we're looking for Strong experience in at least two of the following: Plumbing, Electrical or Fabric/HandymanRelevant qualification in at least one core trade, such as NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent, or 10+ years' practical experience18th Edition required where electrical is a core tradeFull UK driving licenceGood communication and reporting skillsComfortable working on commercial sites and travelling across London Package 40,000- 48,000Annual profit share bonusCompany vanPaid travel time25 days holiday + bank holidaysAdditional holiday entitlement with servicePrivate medical careCompany pensionTraining and development opportunitiesApply now to find out more!
