Are you an experienced Quality professional ready to lead from the front and drive continuous improvement within a thriving manufacturing environment?

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Quality Lead to take ownership of our Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management Systems while leading and developing a dedicated Quality Team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and motivating the Quality department


• Managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and compliance


• Coordinating customer, supplier and internal audits


• Driving root cause investigations and corrective actions


• Managing customer complaints, warranty claims and supplier quality issues


• Reporting departmental KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities


• Supporting new product introductions and quality documentation


• Acting as the company's representative for Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental matters

What We're Looking For

✅ Proven experience in a Quality leadership role within manufacturing

✅ Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and quality management systems

✅ Experience with quality core tools including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC

✅ Skilled in root cause analysis and continuous improvement methodologies

✅ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✅ Data-driven, analytical and solutions-focused approach
